Looks like a symbol rub.
Not sure if these are variants or fades. I have had many of both versions.
I have trouble seeing the symbols sometimes on these tiny ponies, so I try my best to determine whether there are rubs, but sometimes it is near impossible!
History of ponies before arriving is unknown. I live in a smoke free home (though my apartment does allow smoking). I have 2 cats, so cat fur and human hair are pretty much givens.
